• The most important rule: Have fun!

• Pre-registration for those in the current session will be available prior to the start of open registration. Only fall league participants will be eligible for the Winter league pre-registration.

• All players should arrive for play at the scheduled time according to the on-court clock. 

• Players are responsible for finding their own subs. A list of available substitutes will be provided. Subs may be from the same level or lower FROM THE SUB LIST. If a sub is not on the sub list, they must first be approved by the league director.

• If a team does not show up or provide a substitute team, they will forfeit that day’s match.  
• Midtown Athletic Club NO SHOW policy:

• ·         First Offense – You will forfeit that days match. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• ·         Second Offense – You will forfeit that days match, and incur a $50 No Show fee.

• ·         Third Offense - You will forfeit that days match, incur a $50 No Show fee, and may be removed for the league by the League Director.

• If anytime during the session one partner of a team drops out, the remaining partner may choose a new partner of that league level or lower, subject to approval. PARTNERS MUST PLAY 9 MATCHES TOGETHER to win the league.

• After each session, leagues will be evaluated and movements will be determined by our team of tennis professionals.

• League Director is available for your convenience, but is not responsible for finding you a sub.
